Educational Consulting
As an educational consultant, I bring hands-on experience leading complex curriculum design, instructional leadership, and culturally responsive teaching initiatives. I collaborate with schools, districts, and organizations to design inclusive, culturally responsive curricula and instructional strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners. My work focuses on aligning content with state standards while centering student voice, equity, and engagement. Drawing on over a decade of classroom experience and leadership in curriculum development, I work to support teams in developing meaningful, standards-aligned units, facilitating professional learning, and implementing school-wide instructional initiatives that foster academic rigor and belonging.
