Flow With Hannah

I am passionate about teaching approachable yoga classes that make students feel confident and comfortable in their yoga practice. While trained to teach various flow-style classes, I especially enjoy teaching Hatha classes and Flow and Restore classes. My teaching style blends mindful movement with intention. I prioritize clear and compassionate cueing and accessible leveled variations to ensure a sense of grounding in all of my classes. I am passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where students of all levels can reconnect with their breath and body.

 
  • This class offers a grounded and intentional vinyasa experience, blending mindful movement with breath-centered flow. Designed for all levels, my flow classes emphasize accessible variations and a supportive environment for exploration. Expect a gentle build of heat through fluid sequences, pauses for alignment and reflection, and space to reconnect with your breath. Each class is thematically guided—integrating music, breathwork, and moments of stillness—to nurture both physical ease and emotional clarity.

  • This class balances dynamic movement with deep rest. The first half features a steady vinyasa flow designed to build warmth, strength, and fluidity through breath-led sequences and accessible variations. The second half shifts into restorative yoga, using props to support the body in long-held, restful postures that promote nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. With clear, compassionate cueing and a focus on inclusive instruction, this class invites students of all levels to both energize and unwind—leaving feeling grounded, open, and restored.

  • A steady, grounding practice that focuses on breath, alignment, and intentional movement. In this class, we move through a series of yoga postures at a mindful pace, holding poses for several breaths to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. Each session includes breathwork, gentle transitions, and time for stillness and rest. Ideal for all levels—especially those looking to deepen their understanding of foundational poses and connect more fully to the breath.
